Getting started is easy! Simply reach out to us through our contact form or schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we'll discuss your goals, preferences, and any questions you may have. From there, we'll create a customised plan to help you achieve your fitness goals.Each personal training session is tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Sessions typically include a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and core exercises. We'll work closely with you to ensure proper form and technique, while also providing motivation and support throughout the session. For those who do not need external programming, Caitlyn Edmunds Fitness offers personal training alone, or you can sign up to a hybrid plan for both online coaching and personal training.
Great news! You don’t need a membership to access our 1:1 personal training sessions.
Personal training sessions are available Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. We operate strictly by appointment only to ensure that each client receives personalised attention and the highest quality of service.
We offer new clients an initial complementary free session to experience the benefits of personal training firsthand. This session gives you the opportunity to meet us to discuss your fitness goals, and get started on your fitness journey.
Although I predominantly work with women, I work with anyone with health and fitness related goals that aligns with my coaching style. Caitlyn Edmunds Fitness would love to work with everyone, however there are also some health conditions & injuries that do fall outside of our scope of practice. It's best to contact the team directly to discuss your personal health condition/injury and health and fitness related goals.
Communication is provided via the Caitlyn Edmunds Fitness app. Here, clients can ask questions, provide form videos and track their training/nutrition. Further to this, a check in provided via phone on a fortnightly basis to online coaching clients.
